Delivery Charges

Standard delivery charges of £5.99 per order are based on Royal Mail or standard 3 day courier delivery to a UK address. If you want to choose a quicker delivery method, this may be possible, but may incur an additional charge. Please note that goods will only be insured for £20. If you would like to insure your delivery for the full amount then please inform us of this and we will provide a quotation. During the Covid pandemic, many couriers will leave parcels on doorsteps if no-one is at home/work to receive the parcel. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. Alternately, we can arrange delivery to a 'drop off' point. Many couriers use the local shop or similar as a 'drop off' point and you can then collect the parcel at your leisure (Proof of ID will be required). And don't forget, if you are going away on holiday, then please ask us to hold on to your goods until you are back and able to receive the parcel. We can't be held responsible for parcels that have been left when no-one is home!

International delivery is available but will incur additional costs. Prices will be provided on request. Any International orders placed will have shipping costs amended on each individual basis and you will be contacted and asked to pay the difference.

Delivery Schedule

Most items are bespoke to each individual order and will need embroidering, 'making to order' or personalising, so cannot be shipped from stock. Please allow 3 weeks before enquiring about bespoke club specific items. We do not keep stock of bespoke items. Bespoke items cannot be returned for a refund.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
