Returns
If you would like to return an item to us please send an email to sales@cricketcap.co.uk
with:
- Order ID
- Order Date
- Product name
- Reason for return
Please Note: Any bespoke items cannot be returned unless they are faulty and the final decision to replace will lie with the manufacturer/supplier (ie. Any item that has been personalised with a club badge or individual initials/name/number is classed as a bespoke item).
